COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES RATES

RATES ARE CONTINGENT UPON COLLECTION
  All or Commercial Rates are contingent upon collection. The rate decreases as the account is collected.

Special Rates on high dollar and/or special circumstance accounts are negotiable before placement.

Legal Accounts Rates are the same as the rate for Non Legal Accounts except when a Court appearance by our Attorneys is required, or the account is located outside the State of Georgia.

In the event a counter claim is filed by the Debtor, our attorneys give the Client the option to retain outside counsel to take over the pending action, or retain our attorney to defend the counter claim on an hourly fee basis.
